Eroğlu stated that they proposed ‘a defined negotiation process’ within this framework on Tuesday, which would take the sides to a solution step by step. Eroğlu added that the two negotiators would come together on Friday (14.02.2014) to prepare the program of the process step by step and the structured negotiations would become clearer.
